Claimant says:
"We booked a hunt with them. Mr. Howells said we needed additional days to ensure it was successful and charged us $3,000 for three additional days.
Our experience was so bad that we felt compelled to check things out further with some local establishments and verified our concerns were valid. We then talked to Mr. Howells and said we were not going to bother finishing out our time for the initial hunt and definitely would not be needing the 3 additional days. I pointed out that he was saving money by us leaving and after pointing out our discontent i asked for the return of the funds we had just given him for the additional days leaving our expenses and the initial cost of the trip completely out of it. He refused to do so and stated he had spent the money already.
I believe he mislead us as well as others as when i was asked how long we had been there hunting with Silver Bow Outfitters i stated 5 days with a local having knowledge of guiding and his response was it only took the last guys 2 days to figure it out, why were we so slow. The list of what took place leading us to loose any and all confidence with them is too lengthy to list i would be happy to send you a copy of letters i am sending out to the different governing organizations for your review.
I just don't want to see anyone else have further experiences like we had and if you can assist us in informing and possibly getting about $3,000 returned i would be ecstatic.
