Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have talked to this company 3 times about my doors needing to be fixed with the alarm. I had new doors put in and forgot to get ALL of the sensors off of them before it was to late. They told me they would fix it for $100.00. Then they told me it would be free. The appointments were NEVER met and just today they were to be here in the AM. and again a NO SHOW!! I do not know it these people know how to tell the truth. I will also be contactiong the Attorney General of Michigan also."

We were told the first lie that there would be no contract. Another lie was that we could transfer the alarm system to any new owner of the home once we moved. We are now told that is not true. I am sorry I ever met you people!

  • I did not see anyone yesterday ( Dec 14, 2016) This was the day YOUR company set to come and take out alarm etc. The gal I talked to was confused as she was telling me only the sensors would be replaced. PLEASE get the message out that I DO NOT want your system any longer!!! Please abide by the settlement out lined above!

    The settlement you agreed to was for us to come put back the sensors. I suggest you read our offer, and YOUR acceptance of the offer. It is all easy to read on this website. Falsely accusing us of lying is not going to change the facts, Mr. Plank.

    As we have already stated multiple times, we are not removing the alarm system. You agreed to a resolution already, then backed out of it. We called to set up the service call we agreed to on this site. When the representative called, you attempted to get her to set up a request to remove the system. I am not sure if you forgot what you agreed to, or if you were attempting to trick the manager that called. Removing the equipment was NOT what we agreed to. The manager clearly stated she was not going to book the service call as we were not coming to remove the system. You said you understood and hung up on her. You seem to hang up on a lot of our reps as they try to help you. You then went back to this site and stated you were waiting for us to come get the alarm. I have personally listened to the phone call, and we stated VERY clearly that we were not coming to remove the alarm. That equipment is yours, and you are under contract allowing us to monitor that equipment. We are not going to change our stance on this account. The account will not be closed before the contract expiration date. The work needed is not a repair, and is not covered by your service plan with us. You can have a personal electrician put back up your sensors if you wish. However, we are not closing this account early.

    Because the client backed out of the previous agreement, all previous offers including credit to the account are also voided by the customer. We are sorry that the customer backed out of our agreed upon resolution.

    If the customer has a warranty covered repair that is needed, we would be happy to repair that under their service contract with us. However, there will be no early cancellation, or credit to the account. There will be no additional change or addition to this offer.

Message from Claimant: I am sorry but I can't accept your offer, because I don't trust you to do what you say! Please come and remove the alarm and cancel the contract with out holding us liable for remaining months of contract. We were lied to the first time,your salesman told me that there would be NO CONTRACT-1st LIE! There have now been 3 more lies stating that you would be here to fix the system and you did not show!! The payment we are making ea month totals $47.99 so the $38.99 is also WRONG!! I don't think you people can tell the truth, if YOU TRY!!!! Once again a lie! Please come and take out the system and cancel the contract as outlined above!
