Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I order their product last year on my Visa (which I've had to order the statement from my bank). Received a call from collections last week stating I never paid for the product. Shark never contacted me regarding this. They now claim my card has expired. and they onle rec'd. $65...now you know you have to give the expiration date to use your card. The collection agency states they had just received my acct the day before so my # was readily available. The rep said they e-mailed me once. If that was the case I saw Shark and thought they were selling something and deleted it. This was a yr later why would I have thought it was a billing problem. AND the collection agency has me on automatic dial to my cell and your put on hold until a rep is available and they states there is none available. Shark will not contact me since my acct is in collection and advised me to follow the e-mail which I told them I don't have. When asked to sent it to me again was told they don't have access to it.
I have 8.1 credit rating and feel I'm being double billed.
