Claimant says:
"On October 24, 2015 I purchased a Fitness Plate product from this company who had a booth at the Fall Home Show, Western Idaho Fair Grounds, Boise, Idaho. The product was supposed to be delivered to our home in Boise in about 14 days. As of this date, the machine has not been delivered. I paid $830 for the product and wrote a check for that amount. I have made several attempts to contact the company at 1-800-337-1648. That number has been discontinued according to the information I am getting on the phone. I also have the telephone number for the salesman that sold me the machine. His name is David Ogron and the number he gave me is 949-613-4970. I have not been able to contact him at that number. I have registered a complaint with the Idah Attorney Generals Consumer protection Division. They have sent a letter to the company regarding this problem, and requested a response by March 29th. I contacted them today and they have not received a response from the company or from Mr Ogron."
