Claimant says:
"I had ordered jewelry from this company and when it came the set was out of the ring
and the bracelet wasnt what I wanted so on May 9 I mailed the two items back to them in the amount of 79.98.There is no way you can contact them other than email and I have emailed them several times and they keep saying they have not received my return.
It didnt come back to me so I am thinking they just dont want to return my money. The last 3 emails I sent them they have not returned. What kind of a company mails out a ring with the set out? Sounds kind of iffy to me."

  • Hello Audrey,

    We apologize you seemed to have received a defective ring. When this happens, we generally ask for a photo of the damaged or defective product and we then provide a prepaid return shipping label to the customer so they may send back the item through a secure shipping carrier. In your case, the package was sent back without informing us of the defect and it was not sent with any insurance or tracking information. If the package arrived at our facility or got lost in transit, we would have no way of knowing. Since we have no record of processing your return we would like to speak with you directly so we can come to a mutually satisfying resolution. You may send an email to devorah@shadora.com with a contact phone number and a good time to reach you. I look forward to resolving this with you.
