Claimant says:
"My problem with Scott Davis is, he is refusing to give me my cell phone number.
Issue started when my phone was stolen ,(07/16/14.aprox3:30 am) and we were still in a joint account despite being broken up for over a year and I had asked him several times to " bite the bullet" and separate us. He ignored me everytime. When I told him of my stolen phone he had cancelled my side of the joint contract but he said he had suspended the number , and was told I could still use it. All was fine until I said I would need his information in order to get that number out of his account to new phone, he refused which I understand. Told him he did not have to give it to me, just the pone person, be no different than when he had to give the info to cancel me. he still refused. told him that Its my number, there whould be no question about it, things should be getting figured out,He makes excuses and then says he just doesn't have the info. He has photographic memory when it comes to numbers. Im unable to do anything because he is head of the accound and I would need his info to get those questions answered and he knows it and is now doing a power play. not giving my number despite me saying too much is connected to my number to start over, he caused me to miss out on very important health care that I desperately need and unable to get otherwise, special care . not just going for a check up.and I wont get that opertunity again. Friends and other people im unable to contact because they arnt connected to anyone else I know. I told him he can reset the pin as soon as the number is transferred and it seemed that got him to agree, and told him ill get the new phone the next day early. then he conveniently disappears , doesn't answer his emails, wont answer the phone. nothing. Its a five min thing he is dragging out because he needs to play this power game. Its my number, I had it before I met him by years. He said nothing about having me pay anything in order to get it.such as the early term. fee. But I say since he has cost me so much by this,, I don't need to.
He did the same thing with my car, his name was on it because he had the lower rates and after we broke up I had told him I need the title switched, asked and told him for months and he ignored and ignored until he couldn't ignore me anymore because the bank got involved and he couldnt pull the power play. that is the prob here, there is no real athoritive thing to make him give me my number. easy to ignore just me. that is why im kinda resorted to this. all our conversations are in email. for days I argued, fought, begged reasoned, everything,, and he wont do it. and he has done nothing to figure out what for sure needs to be done. If I really do need his info, if my number really is infact there to be transferred or is toltaly cancelled. there is no excuse to not take 5 min out of your day no matter where you are at and get it done and moved on. phone was taken last Wed July16. early morning. argued for it until thurs afternoon when he disappeared.. and havnt heard from him since.   • I am very sick, with special care needed to help cure me. What I have can be fatal and even with knowing this he still will not work with me to get me my number. He has caused me to lose extremely important opportunities to find help and free health care im unable to get otherwise. and will never get that opportunity again. I don't have the time to start over with a new number and go searching for all the number and information connected to the people, places and things that I have searched for to help me health wise. many I don't even remember how I found or just plain remember. too much going on to remember everything, every tiny detail and all the 2nd and 3rd party contacts from places. H eis not just messing with my head and emotions, but my life all because he has to play a power game. yes its not seen as worth it to others, yes its small and petty,, but its extremely important I get MY number back. I do have a small temp phone now, but only am able to recall a very small fraction of the info connected to my my number he is holding.
