Claimant says:
"In the year 2000, I purchase a 2000 Suzuki Esteem. It was financed through Triad Capital Corporation. The vehicle was paid in full in 2005. I sold this vehicle in December 2016, but the buyer can not get tags for it, because I can not get a "Lien Satisfaction" sent to the Motor Vehicle Administration, here in Maryland, nor myself, of proof to this effect. A representative at Santander Consumer indicated that they did not buy my account. It has been almost 12 years since I have paid for the vehicle, but have never receipt the official title. My VIN No. is JS2GB41S9Y5181619. Triad has since, sold my account to various agencies. One of which is Santander Consumer; however, twice, they have refunded my money for the request of a Lien Statement or an official copy of my title, without the lien information. I have tried everything that I know of to get resolution in this matter, but I am unsuccessful at every turn.
