"I recently put in a request for a car loan verification/validation of contract, i have the original copy already. And they sent me a copy of the contract with what to appear as a forged sellers signature on it thats not on my original copy? And after speaking to Jose Iguina i was then transfered over to another bank manager who transfered me to a Shakira in the president of Santander of consumer affairs who told me that the contract was legal and that 46 Auto Imports L.L.C possible got my signature forgot to put there signature to sign over to Santeander who now supposidly owns the debt. I was under the impression that for a contract to be legal it must contain no hidden agreements and all parties involved have had to sign the documents? Ive contacted them on a few ocaasions asking that i be sent a forensic audit be done and all i got was a copy of a document that isnt a mirror image of my binding contract.     "
