Claimant says:
"This is a follow up to a previous complaint that is unresolved. On July 15,2016 I got another alert on my computer and my computer froze. After I called them and talked to 2 persons, I was told I had another Trojan on my computer. I was asked to pay $123 for a software to repair. I told the person I had already paid for a 2-year protection and was told I had to pay again. The person I spoke with was named David. I believe this company is a scam. As they have control of my computer, in a sense, I am concerned as to what they will do next. I want my money back, $272 total, and I want them to remove from my computer. I believe they have hacked my twice."

    I believe I have been scammed as well, very slippery operations on their part, I was charged $499.99 for a lifetime support and I find out nothing of any safe and secure value in the s/w installed in my system that insures security, other than their 'watch-dog 'to see my actions and operations. They promised me all kinds of good things and all I got was junk stuff or nothing at all for my money. They assured me that , their famous wordage, " don't be afraid, we'll take care of you, don't worry". It's a bunch of you know what, and I've lost some dough on this, but I warn all of you out there, don't go for their soft-talk about you're being hacked and whatever else. The problem is always there and all they want is your money for doing not a damn thing. Stay clear, I truly believe, it's a scam of the 1st degree; be aware, even with their claim of being legit and in San Jose. And not only that other scams are using their technique and even using their names because everyone's need to stop all of the scams that are going on. As they say, "Buyer beware, for sure. Read all the info on the internet about what they are all about. Very few give them any credibility at all. Be aware also when other scam operations ask you to use iTunes cards and purchasing a money value for unusual way of purchasing at some store in some special method of payment.
