Claimant says:
"I signed a contract with S and S Quality Contractors on Oct. 5, 2011 for my kitchen cabinets and bath vanities. THE JOB IS 99% FINISHED,however, they haven't finished the bottom on one cabinet filler.
They have been paid in full , but refuse to return to finish the job. Each time I call a promise is made, but never happens. The lady who answers the phone is great, but she can only do so much. I'm told the owner or the worker who didn't finish the job will call me to schedule a time to return, however, this never happens.
The tile work can not be completed by the tile man until this last piece of cabinetry is completed by S and S however they will not return my calls. My final check to them was dated Nov. 26, 2010. They have promised to return but never hdo . It's been over 45 days now."

  • Tom,
    You never advised me that a filler piece was considered an upgrade and I was not entitled to that for the price we agreed upon. I appreciate your offer to finished the job and was told by your secretary that you would be calling me last Tuesday (1/17/2012) to set up a time. Now(1/21) you say "give a a few days to contact you via telephone to set up a time" Just when do you think this will happen? I apprecxiate your offer and will appreciate you finishing the job more than you can imagine. Dick Kahn
