Claimant says:
"My wife and I are full time RVers.In May 2015 we purchased  a new motor home from RV World, Yuma. Because it was new I soon found things that needed to adjusted or repaired. I took it to RV World to have the repairs made, but when I got home I found they had not repaired any of the problems. I returned to RV World but was told the were extremely busy and could not get me in for a while. I explained I was a seasonal visitor and had stayed our limit.  I was told that because the repairs were not involving any mechanical issues I could bring it back when we returned.
I returned to Yuma in Jan 2016 and contacted RV World about the repairs. I was told the soonest I could get in was March 28. On March 27 my wife called and asked what time I was to bring the coach  in. She was told there was nothing on the schedule about our coach, and the  soonest we could get in was May first.
Because of the time between the purchase and the reparis, several more things had broken. We were told that the repairs could be done in one day. I did not think this would be possible so we arranged for a room in a hotel for the night The next day I called the service manager and told him if they needed to  keep it longer call and tell me so I could arrange to keep the room. They kept the coach for 5 days  and never called us We finally had to call and insist they return the coach. Everyone of the "repairs" they made broke again within two days of getting the rig back  
All this occurred a week before our warranty expired. I honestly believe we were stalled on purpose so that we would have to pay for the repairs. We had left Yuma instead of staying to have the work done. "
