"lead manager is making me pay a 100$ fee for something we didn't do. she talks to me in a bad way and always tells my kids bad words and there are residents that are complaining about the office managing and she's bothering me that my children are playing outside and please act immediately because i don't know what to do in this situation and she doesn't stop calling me and insulting me."

  • I have received your letter and can honestly say, I have no idea what she is talking about. She did receive a lease violation due to a party she had in the courtyard and trash was everywhere. A resident asked them to please clean up and one of her guest a young man with her daughter told the resident "no they have people to clean up after us" he was rude and very disrespectful. I requested that the lease holder come into the office in regards to the young mans conduct. I have never crossed words with Dalia until that day which was on 8/19/14, I informed her about the complaint and asked her to please take care of it since she is responsible for what her guest do. No one in the office has ever been rude or unprofessional to anyone whether they be prospects or residents. I have attached a copy of the violations she has received due to complaints from her neighbors. By the way her fine was $75.00 not $100.00. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do or where we go from here.

    "Everything on this claim is false, I have no problem with complaints if they are the truth but after reading this everything on here is a lie. However complains keep coming into the office on Dalia just received 2 more. I do have written statements on the party that caused the violation. Had she just asked her kids to clean up after themselves this would not be a problem. "

  • I live here as well and the older lady that asked you to clean up after your self's is a friend of mine. We did go in the office and filed a complaint against you. First of all you should never be disrespectful to your elders. As for the bed bugs we all sign and inspect our units at move in as per the bed bug addendum that we sign and if you get them after the fact then you are suppose to go into the office and let them know. They do have information on how to treat for bed bugs which is less expensive then having the pest control company treat them for you. I don't have a problem filing complaints as long as everyone says the truth. And to be honest everything you have written here is not true. Yes they are strict but some people need that. If they weren't the property would suffer and it would be a mess since no one likes to clean up after they have a party.
