Claimant says:
"I have worked with Roy since oct of 2013 doing different construction jobs. He was paying me 15an hr and 20 per diem per day. I was having him hold back my pay so I could afford to put a new roof on my house. When asked for the money he has cut all ties with me and still has about 250$ worth of my tools with him. I have filed a police report for my property. My next option is small claims court, but I saw this option."
