"Not a B&B--BUT ALL illegal(TOWNSHIP SAYS) PARTIES EVERY FRI./SATURDAY--5/6 MONTHS all summer long. With--up to 125+cars park on grass-NO LIGHTING--STENCH from their sewer back ups--BECAUSE they can't handle that many people- WERE TOLD THAT AT A TOWNSHIP meeting!--so they rent 2-port-a-potties-for 200-300 hundred people-that eat/drink-alcohol-kids present -THEIR IS>TRAFFIC/NOISE-NO-ordinance in place/PEOPLE--200/300 each party--2-lane very busy road- AVERAGE SPEED 50/70- traffic has to wait-come to a stop to allow weddings at 5pm all go in at the around that time frame! Its a nuisance, public/personal/ PROPERTY NUISANCE-disturbing the peace issue--my health has been compromised, I been threaten over this-- have property damage--8 mail-box's-9th hit 6-14-2014- by a bus coming out of that B&B dropping-PICKING UP guests ---both sides of my drive ruin by their trucks/cars-that was using my drive-straight across from their-till I chained it off--then I got complaints-people even came in my drive from over their--to see what I did! PARTIES LAST TILL they shut it down all hours--maybe 1-2-3am drinkers (they told township 11pm-didn't happen!)STAFF gets their 8-9am-leave at 1-2am---They only set out one container>that holds 3/4 small bags of trash for that many people 200/300-that eat ( left over garbage)-plastic/paper products thats used after 9pm for desserts-alcohol-liquor served--TOWNSHIP HAS NOT DID ANYTHING--UNDER AGE DRINKERS NOT CARDED. This business has not help my property value at all--only as a B&B!> DISTURBING THE PEACE-PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN A HUNDRED FEET!"

  • yelling-screaming --dancing to music--loud people that can be heard 1/2 mile away! WEDDING that took place JUNE 21,2014--out of control people all over that property--cars still leaving at 2am---POLICE WERE CALLED BY 2-neighbors--8:15pm and 11"45pm--police did nothing in WATERTOWN CHARTER TOWNSHIP!
    I don't get any sleep on SATURDAYS--UP TILL 3AM---is this fair---HELP--CLOSE THIS DOWN

  • This is just the beginning------Others have contacted me about the same matter---even their parking signs have been put on other property owners yards---without permission! Their is PLASTIC CUPS from drinks--ALONG WITH PAPER PRODUCTS being burned in their SATURDAY BONFIRES on their property- that's against the law!
