Claimant says:
"This repair service was recommended by Electrolux for repairs as authorized Frigidaire service
dealers. On 3/2/16 there repair team came to my home and removed my range clock for repair. I call and call most of the time none answers their phones. Rod was supposed to mail out the clock for repair, never did, now they tell me the clock was mailed back to me May 12 or 13. to date, I have not received this clock. Yesterday May 23, I spoke again with Melissa, she is the daughter of the owner, she told me she would call me later in the day, no call, I tried calling no answer. I have a range but cannot use it, without the clock I do not know what to do, This company is very unreliable and I am in the middle, I need help very badly, Please help with this matter."

  • No one has responded to this claim, I need the clock timer, over cannot work,  It is the responsibility of Rods to take 

    care of this matter immediately,  Rods refuses to respond to emails and calls,  I last spoke with Melissa, she

    seemed reliable, but since that time, I have never heard from her.  Just return the clock, timer, if you lost it get me 

    another, or lets settle for a new range.  You are liable.   After, I did the original business with you, I read many

    adverse remarks about your business.   If the clock timer is not repaired, just mail it back to me.

    I have had just about enough of this  and you know who I am
