What By When How Much
1. Monetary items with amounts to be determined: Medicine cabinet $169.00, 6 Light Mirror $39.95, Towel Bar $17.99, Towel Bar $14.99, Light $29.97, Toilet Paper Holder $14.98. Light $29.97. Total of materials kept illegally $291.89. Suing for breach of contract and with holding materials. Police called when contractor walked out call number 111120504. Some portion of 3,747.00 already paid on contract that was suppose to be a total of 4.070.00 for completed work on inhouse full bath and half bath in garage. Only 25% of work on full bath completed and nothing done on half bath but Mr. Matinrazm received 91% of full charge. Also toilet leaking that he installed and vanity left in two parts not fitted together with no connection for sink and parts missing to complete connection. Shower head and faucet installed are not the shower head and faucet we picked and the face plate on the lever for water drain and plate in tub on drain do not match faucet and shower. It appears he used items he had on hand in his garage rather then buy new with our initial $2000.00. We have had to bring in new contractors to finish the job, and re-buy most of the fixtures. Due to his breach of contract and shady handling I want materials he kept that in fact should have been left at the house and all but 25% of the $3,747.00 paid that he never earned. I will not settle for less. Jun 30, 2011 N/A
2. Complete project: Workman failed to complete project and walked out with material purchased from monies already paid . Overcharged for work done to date. Jun 30, 2011 N/A
Cash
1. Compensation: $200.00 to cover items kept which we paid for and money paid for labor not performed. Jun 30, 2011 $2,000.00
2. Payment due: all items Jun 30, 2011 $2,000.00
3. Refund: for items kept that belong to customer and labor paid but not performed Jun 30, 2011 $2,000.00
Just make me happy!
