"Sept. 07/11/2011 my husband and I went in to buy a car and in that process we were told that the law here in Alabama had a form for all customers to sign the Arbitration agreement. So we wanted to do what was right by the law and we were influenced to do this by the personnel that was in charge of the finance.

We were given several contracts. The salesman told us we could get two cars with the $2500.00 down payment. And on one of the contracts it showed price of car to be 20103.63 with an extended service plan and taxes/fee come up to 23089.02 and the down payment was added back to the 23089.02+2,500.00=20589.02document number #112108. And on another sheet Deal# 112108 and $19.715.14 plus fee's and extended warranty = $42.804.16. At this point we thought it was the second car. And later on told my husband that he wasn't going to let him get his car.
My complaint is nobody have in my contract intrest and I Have called Capitol One Auto finance and told them to send me my car note and nobody has responded. They told me it would be mailed out in 7 days and I will receive it by email in about 3 days. I still don't have the document. I'm very concerned about this deal IT IS an Illegal contract because it 1. prove to be restraint by trade .2. Severance of an objectionable promise 3. the motive of the contract is to defraud revenue it may have attempted to be done in a lawfaul form but nevertheless illegal. Why does the law of Alabama choose to give the dealer the opportunity to missuse its customers by the use of arbitration law to do wrong. 4. A contract to prejudicial to administration of just is illgeal it withhold the evidence of the precentage of interest and my car balance. Instead of going down it has gone up, lengthening the time of pay off. I would like this illegal contracted void and this dispute ended with a condensation to me for the fraudal matter at hand. I dont believe any person has the right to twist the law and take advantage of other.

  • The day has past for them to response as directed by the claim make known public. Any employer connected to the company at Riverchase Kia stand to respresent that company that has been connected with the claimate and there is no excuse for evation that has been persented in this matter and I'M requesting that the settlement be granted at once to setle this matter of my case against Riverchase KIA.

What Claimant Wants Hide
Message from Claimant: Send the claim in to the physical address to Riverchase KIA 2200 pelham Parkway. Pelham,Al. 35124 do not use any sales person or manger name I believe the claim was sumitted and even if it went to one of their employee it still held the company liable ,and a response should have come forward in due time that was set by people's court and this has gotten to be in comtemp of the court and ask that this be noted.
