  • I worked for tha company 20 years and was fired for to old
    I was told by superior and than he lator made up a story about how i wasnt fired i quit,well i won in court of law with uia agency and was determined to be aligable to recieve my full benefits of unemployment. Now i have filed a charge with eeoc for discrimination,and the company lied to field investigators saying i volunteered and quit. Well its proof i did not quite in a judges ruling by law. Its cost me mental enguish and financial troubles.
    My resolutions are a settlement of lost wages for at least ten years and pain of suffering losses of tha lost income.

  • M resolution is 40,000 for ten years of lost wages i could have recieved if not terminated for to old to work .
    400,000. Is that amount plus mental anguish for tha greif i was put through because of this event.
