"We have been over charged for our Electric Service for 2 1/2 times the cost of service. They gave misrepresentation and stated they were from West Penn Power and they would be our supplier for them. My name is Gary W. Greenawalt , 14 Cedar Street, Latrobe, Pa. 15650 and I am hoping to report this misleading activity. I will resume our service with the actual
Company of West Penn Power. I had signed for First Energy and my contract needed to be renewed and these people showed up at our house giving false information."
