Claimant says:
"On October 25, 2010 I acquired their services to rent out my home located at: 2112 Caprice Drive, Killeen, TX, 76543. Each month I was sent a bill, minus a few months, stating that work was being done on my home. Well I recently had someone to go over and check things out and nothing had been done, but they had been taking money each month for repairs! I talked with the present tenant and she stated that they hadn't even came by to do an initial inspection nor any other inspection. I have pictures to prove that none of the work had been done. Now I have broken ties with them due to these things and they told me I owe them 10% of the rent until the tenant either moves out or the lease is up, which is in Feb. It is a terrible situation, I presently live at 20380 Harris Lane, Dixon, MO, 65459 due to a job offered to me by the government, (CEHC is my employer) where I am an Instructor for Route Clearance Equipment."
