"heating A/C unit not properly installed , malfunctioning , had 3 other co. come and see the installation and all say its not done right , RH&C insists it is , i need it repaired and he wants additional $1200 , for something that wasnt done right by him from the beginning , aftr first contractor contacted him he offered to repair it at no cost , when i asked him if he would do evrything up to code again he wanted additional $ for materials and he would do the labor , he is a heating contractor gave me a price to install new unit , i gave him what $ he asked , why not give me the service i paid for?"

  • Here at reliable heating and cooling we strive to make all our customers happy. We completed the install of mr Napolitano’s Hvac system for him in august 2014, Mr Napolitano ran the system from august 2014 until nov 21,2014 when i received the first phone call from him stating he had no heat mr Napolitano called me 3 times in a matter of 30 min when Mr Napolitano had not received a call back within that 30 min time period because of my location i had no phone reception Mr Napoltiano proceeded to threaten me saying he were going to contact another company to investigate the problem and have them repair it and then forward the bill to me.on nov 21,2014 we came out to Mr Napoltiano’s home to investigate the problem at roughly 11 am.After our investigation our conclusion was the the solid wood core door that once had a fresh air vent on it that separated the mechanical room from the living area was removed and replaced and there was not enough adequate fresh air in the room due to the replacement of the door and explained to Mr Napoltiano that we could cut the fresh air grill at a material ONLY cost. The system worked perfect until Benedetto Napolitano had another technician from another unlicensed company check out our work which voided his warranty due to this company afflicting with our work the 1 year labor warranty we provided with this job was voided .I proceeded to explain to Benedetto Napolitano that the unit was installed correctly and that if he would like to have a media filter and humidifier installed which is an option we provided to Mr Napolitano on the initial install but was refused because he did not want to spend the extra money on "nonsense" he stated that we would come back and install the media filter and humidifier at a material ONLY cost and i would cover the labor cost out of good faith we are very sorry that you were dissatisfied with our service and here at Reliable Heating and Cooling we strive to keep our customers SAFE , HAPPY and COMFORTABLE !!!!
