Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I bought skin cream from them......apparently, according them them.......it was a trial basis, but it must have been written in small print some place because I read a lot of thing before I purchased anything so wouldn't get scammed, and I did not see this 14 day thing.........but since I did not contact them within 14 days, they have charged me $200 and will not let me send the product back. The will not allow me to send it back in any way.....they will not send me a number and they will not accept it if I just ship it."

  • I have NOT received any money back from rejuvify. Please help me get my $200 back from them because they do not seem to care that they totally ripped me off. I offered everything I could think of because the bottles are sealed and I offered to send them back and they would not budge. This is an obviously scam.

    Dear Merchant Services,

The customer Letitia Patterson an order with us on 3/05/2016 for a two week trial offer Rejuvify Eye and Skin Cream. The customer received the product on 3/11/2016. The customer received a charge of $94.36 and $96.47 on 03/20/2016 because the trial period had passed its expiration date. The customer has never attempted to contact Rejuvify Eye and Skin Cream at any time prior to the trial expiration date via email or our customer support contact number, which is available on our website as well as in the confirmation email received immediately after placing the order. The terms and conditions clearly state that in order to avoid the charge for the actual cost of the beauty supply they must contact us to cancel within the two week trial period and all this was present on our website on the check-out page. All customers have a chance to review the terms in an open paragraph on the check-out page. Moreover, the customer indicated that they agreed to these terms when they marked off a check box stating, “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this offer.” Our records show that we have an exact AVS match as well as an IP address match for this transaction as you can see from the attached payment processing invoices. The only time the customer contacted our customer support was on 03/21/2016. Our representative explained the terms of the trial because the customer stated that they had not done so upon placing the initial order, even though they acknowledged that the terms were known. We also explained that since the trial had expired, we could no longer accept the product back as a return for a refund as per our return/refund policy which are disclosed in our terms and conditions. This account has been canceled as of 03/21/2016. Please advise that the customer has not returned any items back to our company. We will attach the recorded order information as well as the terms and conditions present on our website. We will also attach the delivery confirmation from USPS which states that the items were successfully delivered to the customer.

    Thank you for your time,

  • I offered to ship the unused, unopened containers, however, was told that it would NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE because the company would NOT recognize the shipment. I am not going to spend even MORE money shipping something if the company is going to return the merchandise. I will HAPPILY ship the products as long as it will be accepted. Also, I told the representative that I WAS NOT AWARE OF THE 2 WEEKS OFFER, or that I would be charged $200. That was OBVIOUSLY in small print that when I read the offer, was overlooked. Perhaps you should make this more obvious to your supposed customers!!!!
