Claimant says:
"Account num 4201044752402. I was a customer since March 2012, cut off service on March 26 2013, and return the boxes and cable on March 28, 2013, the girl told me that I have a cr, and they will send to me by mail, in the next two weeks I recived notification no one but two letters tellig me that I have a cr for $31.96, I called right away but cust. service told me that I need to wait until the end of the month, today April 15, I called and requested to speak with a supervisor; Mirian, answered and I told her that I'm recuperating from a knee surgery and I have no money for food, she told me the same as the cust. service told me before, I need to wait until the end of the month. My question is, WHY? is my money and I entitle of my money right away, they are earning interest in their accnt at the bank but I loose in it, I'm return to work next week but need to wait two weeks to get pay, I always paid on time (never late) I think is not fair..."

  • Sorry but I can't find the correct person to send this claim, I did call tree times and no body could tell me were I could send it, please resent it to the person in charge (this information should be include it on the bill). Now you mention above that you mailed the check for $31.96 as of 4/16/13 but, where is the interest? An un purpose I still spending my time resolving this problem wich is precious like yours.

  • I received the check for $31.96 yesterday April 21, (orginal amount) wich I can't cash because I start working and my bank is in Reading so they still earning interest in this amount yet. I would like to add the amount for $7.99 that cust me to do this claim, sorry, I didn't have another choice
