Claimant says:
"This is a list of violations (not only of the contract terms but also of respectful treatment of their customers):1. He violated the contract deadline by a month (so far).2. He did not show up in arranged meetings (and stood me up) without prior notice and waisted my time waiting for him. 3. He disappeared for long periods of time (up to 1-2 weeks) without giving any signs of existence having me thinking that he scammed me (I paid him 2 out of 3 instalments).4. Even when he contacted me and convinced me to withdraw my first complaint with the BBB and also withdraw the lawsuit, he only changed his attitude for a brief period of time (~days) and then continued to his previous behaviour5. He even had the audacity (after all this) to ask me for the final payment without him having completed not even half of the project!6. He does not respond to my phone calls or text messages or e-mails.7. After he communicates he shows me some work and then it's not until after another 2 weeks have passed that he will communicate with me to show me more work. This is violating the contract that says he is supposed to be taking my approval for every step he completes. 8. It is frustrating having him as the owner of company that works to create my own business website. I want this message to be a warning to future customers.
I have terminated Ratcode for violation of contract and have not received any work done by them or any money back. Damien Moran has committed a fraud business and I have filed both a civil and a criminal lawsuites against him."
