Claimant says:
"About 2 1/2 or 3 years ago we bought a leather sofa and love seat from them.The salesman first name was Eddie,he told us abut getting the extended warranty saying it would cover everything, even dog accidents to the leather. ( we inquired since we have 2 dogs ) Now our cushions are so worn your sitting on the steal frame, and the one side of the loveseat is pulling away.We put a claimintothe warranty people and they sent a tech,saying the only thing covered was a frame mechanism on the love seat.I have tried calling raleys but not getting any returns. We paid almost $4 thousand,because the salesman said with the extended warranty everything would be covered, but finding out NOT. Can you help."
