Claimant says:
"Rachel Doull is a supervisor of KVC. She is spreading an accusation of some sort of abuse against us to the case worker and the GAL and to our attorney. She has been notified that the claims are false and we have the paperwork to prove that she knew the information is false. Then to be milicious about this, she is not allowing us to have our visits with our grandchildren.
copy of email: There is no abuse of power here. There are legitimate concerns that caused us to pull visits back from overnights to supervised. There was a third DCF investigation opened on your home due to your discipline techniques. KVC withdrew licensure of your home because of this. This alone was a big enough concern for us to pull visits back, and I know that DCF and the GAL agree.
The only reason for withdrawing sponsorship is due to having 3 investigations. Even though all 3 investigations were unsubstantiated. I attached a copy of the final unsubstantiated investigation."
