Claimant says:
"Quiznos sales representative Tim Markle sold us two indiidual contract of Quiznos Franchised Restaurant to be built by us (Saadat Khan & Manzum-Rita Khan). However, when we went to our Financial Institution to finance only the 33% of the cost - our loan officer advised that, Quiznos restaurants will not be eligible due to the recent and current financial (basically there are no public report available) status which was reviewed by the Bank Board Members. At this point, Quiznos LLC terminated most of their employees who were associated with the deal(s). And we are out of $10000.00 ($5000.00 X 2 )which we paid in two checks for two future restaurants.

  • Since I do not know the terms of agreement between you and Quiznos Master LLC Denver Representative I would go to a legal aid office for help due to cost effiency. In the State of Colorado area the number is (303) 837-1313 or visit www.coloradolegalservice.org online. This way you can find out what legal aid services location in Colorado fits your needs based on your complaint. If there is an arbritation agreement in your terms that was signed then try this process and see if it may help your situation. There is some pro-bono help located in the legal org website. You can ask legal aid services about this service.

  • In this situation, you should immediately talk to an attorney. You may have legal rights and remedies available to you in regards to the contracts you signed for the franchise agreement. Because business contracts can become rather complicated, a legal consultation may be your best option to find out if you have any remedies available to you.
