"On January 17,2014 I contacted this company base on the publicity that they do through TV, HARP LOANS, call them explain my situation, that my house is worth less than the money that I owed, I told them that I have 2 loans lean on my primary property, the person who I spoke to ask me, what I want to do, I said, consolidate both loans and make one payment, I emphasis I wont share with you my ssn because I don't want to pull my credit for no reason he kindly say ,"since you do not have any equity in this property you do not qualify for the HARP program" at this point I said to him I really appreciated you honesty, but then he offer me and encourage me to refi my first mortgage he mention since you are paying this house for over 14 years we can approved you for long term and reduce your payments, so I said it s a great idea he refer to me with Ms. Molly McCarthy and she call me every day for one week finally today January 23,2014 we reach each other explain every single detail about my situation and what was the reason that I want to do this, and again I said, I DO NOT WANT TO SHARE MY SSN FOR NO REASON PLEASE BE HONEST AND DO NOT LIED TO ME OR GIVE ME A FALSE HOPE I don't want to loose points in my fico score which is over 720 explain, I know that because I received quarterly notification of my fico, it s very important to mention that both persons they claimed to be licensed in Colorado for do loans and both they said how much experienced they were, so base on these comments I did share my full personal info to this company and after 10 minutes she said I am sorry we can not do it anything for you, I am very upset no because they declined me I am upset because I warning them that twice I share my info with another companies and they lied to me and these people said we are not the same so please STOP TO GIVE THE WRONG PUBLICITY AND LIED TO THE PEOPLE THE PEOPLE WHO ASK YOU FOR THESE KIND OF DEALS ARE MIDDLE CLASS PEOLPLE AND I HOPE THE DECLINED REASON IS NOT BECAUSE MY AGE OTHERWISE THAT IS DESCRIMINTATION."
