"I received an e-mail from PCH (Elizabeth Hanks) elizabethhanks42@gmail.com stating I won 1 Million dollars but I had to contact elitecourier2@outlook.com. I contacted them knowing it was a scam & elite courier wants $795.88 for 24 hr. delivery, $538.88 for 48 Hr. delivery, & $485.88 for 72 Hr. delivery. If I won 1 Million dollars, they could send a check in the mail for 46 cents. I want an e-mail address from someone in the BBB so I can send copies of these scam e-mails."
