"This company served as my management company, took their fee, and then allowed a tenant to break his lease without writing an early termination agreement or doing a walk through; although Kathy Orr went to court to evict the tenant, she did not follow through so he remained, rent-free for a month. Damage was done to the property and at least four month of rent lost because of mis-management."

  • You were given a perfectly fine tenant very credit worth you collected 1450 a month after six months of not getting along with the hoa rules and haressement the tenant felt and being threatened with 350 for each time the tenant did not shut his garage door he decided to move you aware of all this. I spent hours of time on this whole situation going to court getting all sorts of addresses phone numbers pulling my maintenance people off jobs and not charging you. I walked away after I felt I had done everything I could also was tired of being called at all hours of night and being texted and emailed 30 times aday. You came down to visit your family and wanted me to charge the tenant for that and other things I did not feel was ethical at Christmas. Also everyone that dealt with you said get away from her. The last tenant. Your hoa. I did the very best I could I handed the property back to you because I did not want my cancer back and all the stress you caused me I had to take a week off and calm down. Post this if you want. Your karma is bad
