Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I bought their vacuum cleaner PA03 and the on/off awitch does ntwork. Called several times, Rod came out and said he would get replacement part. Never got back with me. Called him several times last week, and he kept saying the machine has to be picked up, nothing has happened.

paid by credit card. I have no vacuum cleaner. Please help me. I should have known not to buy it, but needed a cleaner I could use. Please help me.

    be too late to this party but I will add my 2 cents.



    I
    am writing this on behalf of my mother.  She is an elderly woman who was
    visited by Rod.  I was bothered that my mom spent $1700 on this vacuum.
     I know the water collections system is a good way to collect the dirt but
    not worth that much money.



    Another
    reason I was upset she bought this was that because she is elderly, I thought
    it would be hard for her to manage all pieces and using a non-upright vacuum
    system.  I wasn't surprised when she only used it 3 or 4 times because it
    was too taxing on her.  I was upset that the salesman could not see this,
    but then again, the salesman has to make a sale.



    My
    mom went and bought a light weight Shark and it has being doing great cleaning
    her carpets.



    It
    has been 4 years and I am helping my mom go through to consolidate and thin out
    her things.  It was a good opportunity to get rid of this vacuum.  I
    created a craigslist add and doing research, I could only find it being sold
    for $200 ($300-$500 on Ebay).  It is disappointing that we can't recover
    higher value to compensate for the cost.



    I
    sent an email to the Pro Aqua company and they responded that they never sell
    their machines that high and asked for my mom's customer information.
     After digging they realized she was not their customer and I should
    search out the regional store.  I googled Pro Aqua Kennewick WA and the
    first sight to come up was this one.



    Being
    that we waited so long to act on this, I figured we are too late to get any
    compensation, but I do want to help anyone else having trouble with this
    product and the company.  If we were able to resolve this, I would gladly drive the hour and a half to deliver their machine to their door step and retrieve my mothers $1700.



    i
    was not surprised reading through the complaints.  This machine seems to
    work fine, but I think Rod ripped off my mom for more than the machine is
    worth.  I was contemplating calling but seeing there are complaints about
    getting the run around, I am not even going to bother.  This whole
    operation seems like a scam.
