Claimant says:
"Went to Priority Medical for a weight loss consultation. After being there for 2 1/2 hr's I was finally told what the price was. 2100.00 dollars or 1899.00 dollars if I pay cash. I was tired of being there and said I would go with the higher option thinking I could at least talk to my wife about spending that kind of money. The higher option involved payments through Care Credit. I feel that I was pressured to make this decision. After i got home I talked to my wife and after a long talk and more Investigation into these people and their product, we decided that there was to many red flags to continue. All I want is to be able to rescind my credit app to Care Credit/Priority Medical.
There seems to be Quite a lot of Quackery that goes on and I found out that a lot of their procedures are not FDA approved or proven at best. The Pennsylvania BBB has tried to shut them down. I wish that I knew this before.

  • What kind of credit application did you submit through priority medical, and has a payment from you posted to them? Was this similar to a credit card application through the credit bureau or were you applying specifically for a credit account to Priority Medical in order to afford their cost of treatment? Have you contacted Priority Medical inquiring about rescinding thing application, and if so, how did they respond?
