Claimant says:
"Charged us taxes and fees for room in advertisement, and taxes and fees stated on itinararies.
Was charged again for room taxes and fees at El San Juan Resort and Casino in San Juan PR.
This was 241.90 and same at resort.... Each claims they can charge u. That comes to 500$ in taxes for 2 people for 5 night stay to use a pool snd beach and spend more $ eating and using their casinos. We did not save up to 45% as advertised with Priceline.
Would have not booked this resort or used Priceline.
Vacation week. 3/13-3/18/13.
I want at least 250$ back for being double charged fees (already paid extra plane fees,) or a full week vacation as compensation.
Not worth that $ for an active 80 yr old and someone recovering from chemotherapy."
