Claimant says:
"I payed this contractor $4000.00 dallers for matteriol 4 years ago last May. He has promised 3 or4 times a year to get my roof on. This year 2011 he showed up and mesured the roof again and ordered the matteriol , then when it came in he called me and told me I would have to go pick it up and pay for the mat. I reminded him tht I had already payed him for the materiol and he said that right but he would use the prepayed $4000 for labor (about a $1000 high for the labor) He started the job 3 weeks later than he told me NO SUEPRISE worked 2 days put 10 -12 pieces up and went on a 10 day vacation to Powell no problem, but he has been back a week and his ladders are on my roof and he has not showen up and won't ansewer my call or return my call back requests . WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS ???
