"i HAVE ASKED PREMIER REORTS TO LET ME OUT OF THE CONTRACT WITH THEM . WHEN I FRIST CONTACTED THEM THEY ASKED THAT i SEND THEM A E-MAIL WITH MY REQUSEST. tHAT WAS FOUR MONTHS AGO. SINCE THEN I HAVE CALLED THM SEVERAL TIMES . tHEY HAVE PROMISED EACH TIME TO CALL ME BACK. THEY NEVER HAVE. ON 5/16/14 I TALKED TO DORIS. ON 5/26/14 I TALKED TO GLORIA AGAIN WITH NO RESPONSE. I FEEL THEY ARE JUST PUTTING ME OFF. THEY ARE VERY UN PROFESSIONAL AND THEIR SERVICE IS NOT A SAVINGS TO ME."
