I replaced all of the windows in my home in August, 2008. They are PPG Solarban windows and I was given a Lifetime Warranty on the windows. They are now all failing - leaking brown liquid and growing green stuff between the panes where they cannot be cleaned. Also the pull broke on one window so it does not stay open. The total cost was $14,500.The company that installed the windows here in Winston Salem, NC (Premier Window, Inc.) has gone out of business. I originally tried to contact them, have tried several times to contact PPG with no success, and wrote a letter with pictures to PPG with no response. The windows are getting worse and I don't know how to resolve the situation.They began failing about 3 years ago. I began trying to reach someone about it at that time but didn't continue to pursue it because it was only a couple of windows. Now all 24 windows are going bad. I do not want to have to replace them again at my own cost when I thought I had a LIFETIME WARRANTY.HELP!
