"This seller had a listing on e bay that was bogus.Seller listed 1998 Volvo that had low miles(71k)Runs perfect.Bought the car on line,had it shipped to my location in Oh. only to find out the car was being driven with no oil.Motor was junk.There is a hole in the oil pan and someone tried to patch the hole with silicone,and there are pictures to document this by a repair shop where the car still sits.Dealer promised to give my $ back ($3949.00)documented with the e mails.Dealer (Ben,if that is his real name)stopped answering my calls & e mails when i refused to give him my bank info so that he could"refund me".How can i give a crook my bank acct.# after he sent me a car with no engine?(purchased 3/7/14- delivered 3-11-14)People like this are the ones that give used car dealers a bad reputation and should be prosecuted.He knew i live on s.s. & i could not afford to throw away $3949.00.When he agreed to give my $ back i even sent him overnight a postage paid overnight back to me to save a couple of days because i had to have dependable transportation>I have several packets with all of the correspondence and pictures i am sending out to everyone who i think might be of some help to me and to get this crook found out.I will forward same to you if you feel it would help my cause."
