Claimant says:
"I rented a unit for one week and upon arrival my wife and I found that the unit advertised was not the same unit being offered, when we asked about the difference from their ad we were told that the pictures we saw on line were of a similar housing unit. The units we were offered were dirty inside and out, doors would not close, some windows would not open, the beds were more like bunk beds and the bath was absolutely deplorable, we asked to se the general manager and were told he was on a conference call and not available, when we said we would wait we were told he would be a while so we asked for his schedule and were told he doesn't have one so we asked to make an appointment to see him regarding our reservation and request for a refund we were told he doesn't make appointment's and all they could do was give us a voucher. We went back there three consecutive days and each time we were told he was on conference calls and not available and there was nothing they could do for us so we were forced to make reservations elsewhere costing us over eight-hundred dollars. I have continued trying to reach their GM but each time I call am told he is not available so I have called my credit card company and requested a charge back for the full amount and am waiting for their investigation to be completed."
