  • Have you tried putting a lien on the completed projects such as the Aunt Annie's Pretzels and Sherwin Williams jobs? I suppose it may be too late for jobs  that were completed in 2011. You might need to contact headquarters and see if they can intervene.

Assuming that the invoices weren't disputed and contractual obligations were met, it seems as if Phoenix may be on thin ice financially. Not paying relatively small bills is usually the first sign of a problem.

I'm afraid that I can only suggest taking them to court if they're not responding to this attempt to settle the problem.

You might offer to let them pay in installments if that would help, and if you're able to carry what is essentially a loan.

  • Stewart Lee still has not made any attempt to pay this bill owed to Donnelly Plumbing. After several attempts to get resolution , he just avoids any contact and makes no motion to settle the complaint.  Sub- contractors beware of his practice to not pay for services rendered.  We are still seeking full payment for the invoices owed.
