"My spouse, Darryl Tyson, went to Phillip Chrysler and Jeep to have and oil change. Spouse report truck radiator leak after oil change. Spouse report spoke with Brian Brown service technician at site, service manager was also consulted and indicated that he could not replace radiator. Spouse reported a witness at the scene in which witness verified that there was no coolant on the ground prior to truck being serviced."
