"i reynaldo martinez and arther alcaraz remodeled ms browns " draft picks sports bar " ( 281-693-1615 ) , october 3,2011 thru december 24,2011. when it came time to pay us the final bill on 12/24/12 she told us she didnt owe us any more money and verbally abused us and told us to leave. we called police but they said they could not do anything because it was a civil matter. i worked 133 hours remodeling her sports bar and did not get paid for it.i would prefer for ms brown to pay me personally as i no longer trust mr alcaraz"

  • Mr. Martinez was not employed by Penny Brown or Draft Picks Sports Bar. Mr. Martinez was a subcontractor of Temple Construction who failed to perform the work contracted for. Temple Construction has been paid in full for all work performed and for work not performed. Temple Construction's contract was terminated for non-performance.
