Claimant says:
"Problem is with Patriot Mobile heaquarted in Southlake, Texas. My service problems are unending and as of this writing I have no access to the network. Problems include, but not limited to:

Calls cut off
people cant hear
calls cut in and out
People on other end cant hear
Most of all calls don't go for extended periods or do not go thru at all and the service worst at my home! I'm 78 years old, live alone, and have had a triple bypass and heart replacement within the last year and must have reliable service.

I served in the US Army for 30 years and retired at the rank of Lt Colonel.

I wrote the CEO Ron Montgomery on 12 Feb and have not received any answer or call. He is located at 2271E Continental Blvd 120, Southlake, Texas 76902"
