Claimant says:
"Our Doctor is affiliated with Highline Hospital, So my husband uses tier lab to have his blood work done. They asked him for his driver's license. He gave it to them, he didn't ask why. A couple months later we received a call from a collection agency, stating that the bill from the lab went unpaid and was turned over to collections. The bill was less than $70.00. It turned out that Paclab had sent the bill to our old address (we have been at our current address for 5 1/2 years). I immediately paid the bill to the collection agency, and called Paclab. I was told that this would never jhappen again, Well guess what, it did. Today my husband received a call at work, from a collectiobn agency, Again Paclab sent the bill to our old address, This time the bill was for $60.00. They are ruining our credit for their mistake. I am so angry. We have perfect credit, for this one exception. We will never doi business with this lab again!!!"
