Claimant says:
"They had a special where if you paid shipping you could try their product free. Nowhere on the site I was looking at did it say I had to cancel nor did it say there was a cancellation fee. These 2 different companies which are actually the same company just working as 2 for scheming purposes I suppose have taken without consent $84.97 and $89.97 from my checking account. They only want to refund me $62.00 and $77.00. They are essentially stealing nearly $35 from me. I was never sent any information explaining their practices or cancellation rules. I was simply going to try their product since they claim to be all natural and I was to only pay shipping. There was no paperwork with the product when it arrived explaining I was going to be charged by two different company names for the trial product. After receiving the two trial bottles I then received 1 large bottle which I returned with signature confirmation but I don't understand why I was charged $89.97 then $84.97. Only 1 bottle was shipped to me so why was there two different charges taken from my checking account? They are telling me I will only get back 77.00 to my account then a check for $62.00. I want the other $35.00 back also. I also want to add that when I called the first time and was instructed to return bottle unopened that I would receive my refund within 5 business days upon return. 3 weeks later I have no refund and I looked harder at my bank statements and thats when i noticed they used 2 different names and when I called back Terry told me when I asked why didn't I get my refund yet Terry said that they wait til the customer calls them again before they will process the funds. Well there was the first of many lies I caught them in. I should have had my refund 2 weeks ago after my first call according to Mark. He was the first person I spoke with."
