Claimant says:
"I was scammed out of approximately $7000.00 for false misreprenting that the copany is able to set up a group home in Georgia. I was charged for a 5013c $800.00 that was never filed with the IRS. I was charged $1200.00 for the initial application to be filed with the Georgia Authority that was not filed. I was charge $5000.00 for all paperwork regarding policy and procedures that was never done. The Company is run by Cornell Boyd who attempted to get a judgement against me in court for the full amount but failed to show up twice for his own case. He does not respond to his phone calls. Virginia state Attorney general has him and is company on watch. Anyone with any complaints please call the attorney general he need more people to step up before a warrant to search is issued. He scams people by using his girlfriend which is a justice of the peace in Virginia to seem more legit. Please be aware of this persons. He use the Georgia official website and copy and paste it, since I brought it the Georgian attention he since revise his website. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT A SCAMM, SCAMM SCAMM, SCAMM."

  • In respondence to Judith Burchell False claims. She had originally hired our agency to help her obtain a license for group home services in the State of Georgia and to get her through the whole licensing process. But she decided not to have that done, but rather have our company just develop policies and procedures for which she have signed a contract with us to do. We have develop the program policies and procedures all all program forms and she refuse to pay her balance, because the company that she did hire couldn't get her company a state license license, so now she trying to obtain monies form our agency. Going the Cheapest route isn't always the best way to go and she have found this out the Hard Way. Her grant writer couldn't get her the monies that she needed, so now she is feeling somber about the process. Our contract is only for developing group home policies and that all that our company have develop and NO consulting services.

    He also talked to me about opening a group home. In his response I see that he said it is not a consultation. He told me that IT IS A CONSULTATION. Luckily, I never gave him any money.

    His real name is Cyrus Cornell Boyd. He goes by Cornell because if you google his real name the right way, you will see when he was arrested and went to court for a FELONY for medicaid fraud for a medical transportation business. He was getting overpaid by lying and saying he was picking up patients in wheelchairs when he was not.
