Ashton K. says: They are very unprofessional. I have had problems with this company a few years back too. Talk a good game and sound like they know what they are doing in the beginning, but when you start to do business, get more involved, and they receive money from you, you barely hear from them. They constantly make promises they don't keep. Tell you anything to get you off the phone if they answer or call you back. Sometimes I had to call from someone else's number that is unfamiliar to them to get someone to answer the phone. The owner, Cornell Boyd whose real name is Cyrus Cornell Boyd, was accused of Medicaid fraud (over billing) in Hanover County, Virginia and arrested in December 2004. I don't know the outcome of that trial which was in 2005, I am still trying to research it. I DONOT recommend this company. His employees are also family members.
