Claimant says:
"Sometime at the end of October 2011, I mailed a prescription for Lyrica to Prescription Solutions. Since I heard nothing from the company by Thursday, November 10, I called the company and was told that my order had been cancelled. No one had ever notified me or spoken to me to tell me this. I believe it is against HIPPA regulations to cancel something as crucial as medication without contacting the patient. I am very appalled that this company acted in such an irresponsible manner. I am dependent on this medicine to help relieve pain in my right shoulder. I did receive the medicine on November 17. However, I consider an over three-week wait far too long a time, especially with no communication from the company to explain what was happening."
