Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"The product you delivered does not meet the expectations offered in your sales process. The one week class and the online emails do not enable me to do online trading. For $4,990.00 I expected to be abled to produce income. But I was met with the next step of having to purchase another program for $10,000 to $30,000 worth of training. I was told by my coordinator, Paul, that, "I wasn't thinking clearly and must be having a bad day". My request to the owner, Bob, to have my money returned was met again with a " We don't do that" and "You're not thinking clearly" and "I'll give you some more time to think about it". To me it is a clear case of "Bait and Switch".
In addition the "6 months same as cash" program I chose did not work properly through Universal Account Servicing, LLC. Because of miscommunication and long disputes, the interest and late charges are up to 373.80 through July 1 and counting."

  • I had a similar experience in 2011. Bob was a salesman at the time. He is owner now. I had complained to the BBB. He sent them a deceptive response. He is not honest.
