Claimant says:
"I spoke with OMG National before the end of a 6 month term for emarketing services that I wanted to terminate at the end of the term and I was told there wouldn't be a problem. I had also expressed concerns along the way for poor results in the services being rendered and broken promises. Nevertheless, I decided to endure the term.
at the end of the term I was still charged an additional month service for 499.00
When I noticed the charge I called and left several messages for Summer Swinson who then had Scott to call me. When I spoke with him he promised that the funds were being returned to my card.
This never happened and it has been more than a month. I have received a call from their controller to say that he would speak to Scott. This was better than a week ago and nothing has been done to this point"
