Claimant says:
"Ocwen received a payment from my for my Mortgage. They did not apply the payment due to it being $120 Short. Yes I understand that it was short $120 but no one contacted me or let me know their was an issue with the payment until it was to late. In fact I had to contract them when I found I was 30 days past due. Then the contact center was rude and completely unsympathetic, to the fact that they just sat on $650 and never applied even that at least. They have my number and mailing address ( I verified this.) I received no letter, no message, no call... This is completely unsat... come on!!! Just because I was UNAWARE of the fact they did not get my full payment wile I was away dose not require them not to help at all... Im am very disappointed with their practices."
